• If you are looking for the packages in the online, then you should take the reservation of tickets in the website or automatically it will be sent to your reference e-mail and then we will be in the process of booking Darshan Ticket. • In case of car breakdown, you will be accommodated into another car. Consequently, the car type will be changed. Kindly cooperate with the package providers. If the car exchanged is lower in cost from which you have booked, the change in package cost will be refunded.
• If any changes occur in the TTD office or if there is any change in the timing or day of travelling which is inconvenient with the customer or if there is any general strike or government related inconvenience, the full amount will be refunded to the customers.
• If the customer did not get the ticket which we have booked, special ticket [Thakel ticket] will be arranged at 5 a.m. on their day of travel. This ticket will be send to your mail id.
